A sociable community group run by The Dart and Leisure centre team.

Come along on a Tuesday morning and choose to use the gym, take part in arts-based activities or tai chi. Complete your visit with a sociable visit to the coffee shop.

No need to book in advance, just simply turn up and enjoy!

Tai-chi session - 9:30am (Will last 20-30 minutes)

*Please note that Tai-Chi won't be run on the following dates below:

Art activities  - 10:30am - 12pm

*Please note, that activities will not go ahead during half-term, summer and Christmas holidays. Also, Tai-chi sessions may not go ahead on some Tuesdays, we are awaiting dates.

 October Half-Term 27th October - 2nd November
Christmas Half-Term  December 22nd - January 2nd 2026. (Finishing early on 9th December due to commitments with the Raise Education Trust) 

Important Note
We have a coffeeshop in our centre if you would like to get refreshments but we suggest doing this 15 minutes before the art activity.
