Choux Pastry, Saturday 26th September
Learn how to make the perfect choux to create the likes of choux buns, eclairs and paris brest. Make a selection of fillings and decorative finishes.
Beginners Chocolate, Saturday 17th October
Learn the basic techniques you need to produce beautiful, professional looking chocolates at home. You will be guided through ganache making, truffle making and filled chocolates.
Advanced Chocolate Skills, Saturday 21st November
Following the Beginner Chocolate Workshop, you will learn how to make slabbed, dipped and multi-layer ganaches and the use of truffle shells.
Chocolate for Christmas, Saturday 12th December
Make moulded chocolate Santa's, Snowmen, Christmas Truffles, Marshmallow Reindeer, Chocolate Christmas Trees and Chocolate Baubles. Pure Belgian chocolate at its best, make perfect gifts and presents for your Christmas Celebrations.
