Learn the basic techniques you need to produce beautiful, professional looking chocolates at home. We will show you how to temper your chocolate to ensure that your finished products are perfect every time.


13th November: Advanced Chocolate

Refresh your basic techniques and be taken deeper into the mysteries of chocolate making. No previous knowledge
required. Learn how to temper, colouring, dip, moulded, decorate and package your chocolate professionally.

11th December: Christmas Chocolate

Make a selection of chocolate treats. Pure Belgian chocolate at it’s best. This is a hands on, hands in chocolate course which will show you how to make the perfect gifts and presents for the Christmas Celebrations. Due to high demand, we have opened a second class in the afternoon for this workshop.
