About the artist

IMG 20220515 WA0024

Lucy Tipper is an environmental art campaigner and eco-print artist who lives and works from her home in Hedge End.  Lucy draws her inspiration from the landscape all around her and the roots by which the natural environment guides our lives.  Through her artwork, she aims to create a sense of place and belonging, giving a voice to the voiceless and channelling the unheard whispers of the land.

Working with the land itself to tell the story of that wild space, Lucy strives to protect a small part of it: this is a message that she weaves throughout all of her work.  Using natural pigments and water from the very location she is working, she creates unique artwork imbued with the essence of place.

Her greatest aim within her art? To inspire change. The powerful andyet non-confrontational nature of her paintings carry the message that our graceful earth is far too beautiful not to save.

Call the D@rt Centre on 01489 779741 for more information or to book your space.  This is a FREE session.
